Below is a sample menu for SY Patea.
Breakfast
Not just your standard continental, there will always be an extra bit of love floating about the brekky table. Either smoothies, muffins, pancakes, frittatas, pastries, so on and so forth, etcetera, etcetera! So cereals, yogurts, fruit platters, cold cuts, cheeses, breads and of course whatever else your heart desires shall be at your fingertips.
Lunch
Usually consisting of two courses, however this is entirely up to you!
Fresh baked Sea Bass, served on a bed of parley, with orange infused Bulgur wheat and a feta and cherry tomato salad.
Summertime Berry Pavlova
Dinner
The evening meal is a more formal affair where we jazz things up a bit! This is usually a 3 course meal, with pre dinner drinks and canapés followed by a starter, main & dessert.
Smoked Salmon & Quail Egg Salad on a bed of Watercress with a Creamy Dijon Puree
Succulent lamb, slowly braised in red wine and Ratatouille
Lavender Creme Brûlée
